This is my promise to you."

What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is basically a visual inspection as well as an operational check of the various visible elements and components of a house.  However, a home inspection will not necessarily reveal a deficiency or problem if the conditions causing it are not visible.  The inspector is limited by what he is able to see or detect with instruments.  Even with such limitations, a proper home inspection will reveal considerable information about a home that very often even the owner does not know.

Why a Seller Inspection?
  • See your home through the eyes of an unbiased third party
  • Price your home to your best advantage
  • Make repairs in advance so that defects won't become negotiating points later
  • You become aware of any items of immediate concern, such as water damage, mold or termites
  • It may relieve buyer's concerns or suspicions
  • The buyer may waive the inspection contingency
  • It reduces your liability by adding professional supporting documentation to your disclosure statement
